Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in the DACH region.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Identify and qualify new leads, and convert them into paying customers.

  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the DACH region.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IT outsourcing trends and the DACH market.

  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales skills.

  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Fluent German and at least Upper-Intermediate English level

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales

  • At least 2 years within the IT outsourcing industry

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
