For such purposes, Erbis Inc. serves and shall be considered as a “Data Processor” and our customer shall be the “Controller” (as both such capitalized terms are defined in the European Data Protection Directive) of such information and the responsibility for the security and authorized usage of that information lies with our customer. 4. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who are under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information on users under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that data from our systems.

Our website is hosted by Amazon Web Services ("AWS") and we hold your data with AWS and Google which are contracted by use for the provision of technical services. 8. Security of your personal data

We take the security of your personal data very seriously and have policies and procedures in place to ensure our compliance with the DPA and GDPR.

We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Although we do our very best to protect your personal details, transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and we can not and do not guarantee the absolute security and protection of your data. Online information is encrypted and transmitted securely. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or an "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

Any transmission is at the risk of the site user. Once we have received any information we will use strict procedures and security features to try and prevent unauthorised access.

We may share your data with our partner companies, which we working for outsourcing some of the work to. We use third party selected service providers including IT and system management services, legal and financial advisors, billing and payment processing services, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, marketing services, recruitment services, content providers and HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities (collectively, “Third Party Service(s)”)

We may also disclose your information to third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them.
