Is an indie company based in Silicon Valley, California, that provides solution used by Fortune 500 companies helping them reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
OUR PRODUCT
Aggregating data from more than 50 US and worldwide carriers the system provides visibility for global supply chains, helping to enhance collaboration between multiple suppliers, customers, and supply chain partners by providing real-time insights about delivery costs, transactions, and other relevant supply chain information. The solution provides analytics tools that help companies not only control their shipping rates but also negotiate better contracts and identify fraudulent activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of SDLC
Good understanding of client-server architecture
Basic Java or other coding experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English on Pre-Intermediate level both verbal and written
Troubleshooting and data management skills
Attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE
Understanding and experience with any Enterprise Service Bus implementations or other business integration software.
Domain knowledge: Transportation / Logistics / Supply Chain Technology.
EDI 204, 210, 214, 315, etc is a plus plus.
Exposure to security concepts / best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process files in different formats (e.g. CSV, XML, JSON, EDI)
Consuming a SOAP/REST web service
Working with current ESB implementation (IBM App Connect)
As a part of the team provide implement gradual migration to new ESB implementation (to be chosen together with the candidate
