Requirements & Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications would be a plus
Proven track record in senior leadership roles within outsourcing/outstaffing companies (or a closely related field)
Proven track record of delivering projects and setting up development processes for diverse clients
In-depth knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and the latest tech trends
Ability to inspire, mentor, and manage remote, diverse teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with clients, stakeholders, and executive leaders
Areas of Responsibilities:
Project & Resource Management
Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity.
Allocate resources efficiently across client projects, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality deliverables.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Team Leadership & Culture
Lead, mentor, and build a cohesive team of tech professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Hands-On Technical Expertise
Be ready to dedicate up to 15% of your time to hands-on development and support when projects need your expertise.
Tech Infrastructure & Security
Evaluate and implement the tech infrastructure both for the company and clients.
Ensure our systems meet strict security and compliance standards, keeping client data safe.
Provide technical support for internal processes of the organization with the help of software and documentation.
Supporting Sales & Marketing
Play a critical role in pre-sales: conducting discovery phases and preparing the technical documentation that seals the deal.
Represent our company as a thought leader—through publications, speaking engagements, and industry events.
