Requirements:
At least 1 year of recent hands-on experience in applied AI using Microsoft/Azure technologies
Proven ability to implement AI solutions for real business problems with measurable ROI
Experience identifying practical applications of existing generative AI technologies in business contexts
English level: Upper-Intermediate or above

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Microsoft and Azure technologies
Identify and evaluate opportunities for applying generative AI and other AI technologies to real business challenges
Collaborate with business teams to define AI use cases, success metrics, and ROI
Build scalable, maintainable, and secure AI solutions within Microsoft stacks
Stay up-to-date with AI trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions where applicable
Document architectures, workflows, and AI models for internal knowledge sharing and handoff
